You only have to register to ask a question. If you want to browse answers, you do not need to register. If you register, we WILL NOT give your email address to any wedding pro on our site or any other party. We will not use it except to notify you if there is a response to a question you ask or choose to follow. There may be periodical announcement emails, but we have better things to do than that. Our vendor policy forbids our pros from making any attempt to contact you directly or solicite to you.

Privacy

Your privacy is paramount.  Our system is set up to prevent any wedding professional from being able to contact you through this site.  Our pros are forbidden to attempt to contact you.  Please report any violation of this policy to us.  We also will guard your email address so that it will not be used for marketing or any purpose you do not want.

You acknowledge that once posted, your information, is public.  Please refrain from listing your wedding date in a question or response.
By posting a message, you give us permission to reproduce it for our visitors.

Safety
As with any online experience, we encourage you to take common sense precautions against giving out too much personal information.  We also insist that you do not use this forum as a means to intimidate, harass, market, or stalk.  We do not allow:

collecting or requesting personal information from others
bullying, hate speech, discrimination, promoting illegal activity, pornography, engaging in illegal activity, etc.
use of the site to post or send any commercial communications

Registering
In order to register, you must

legally be able to conduct business with an American organization
keep your profile current and correct
keep your password and account information private and not do anything to jeopardize the security of your account
not transfer your account to anyone without our permission

Rights and Responsibilities
You must not infringe on the rights of others by your posts.  We reserve the right to remove any message that appears to violate intellectual property rights of others.  We reserve the right to remove messages that violate our terms of service.  Repeat offenders may have their accounts deleted.  You must clearly state that you, and not Just Ask A Wedding Pro, are collecting the information.  We reserve the right to contact all registered members as needed to share important news or information.  However, we do not have a regular email or newsletter.  We have no plans to regularly email members.

Emails From Us
You agree to allow emails sent from us to alert you that there is a new message response to a question you ask.
If you opt to receive emails alerting you to new messages concerning a question, you agree to allow emails sent from us to alert you that there is a new message.  You may halt these emails using a link on the page with the question.

Amendments
We reserve the right to update our terms of service.  Any use of this site constitutes agreement with our terms.
