You acknowledge that once posted, your information and response, is public.  By posting a message, you give us permission to reproduce it for our visitors.

You confirm that you will not use this site to market your company.  You will not attempt to contact brides on this site, have them contact you directly, or use information on this site to learn contact information of the brides.  Any infringement of this policy will result in immediate loss of privileges and closing of your account.

Safety
As with any online experience, we encourage you to take common sense precautions against giving out too much personal information.  We also insist that you do not use this forum as a means to intimidate, harass, market, or stalk.  We do not allow:

collecting or requesting personal information from others
bullying, hate speech, discrimination, promoting illegal activity, pornography, engaging in illegal activity, etc.
using the site to post or send any commercial communications

Registering
In order to register, you must
provide correct and true information requested
be at least 13 years old
legally be able to conduct business with an American organization
keep your profile current and correct
keep your password and account information private and not do anything to jeopardize the security of your account
not transfer your account to anyone not associated with your organization

Rights and Responsibilities
You must not infringe on the rights of others by your posts.  We reserve the right to remove any message that appears to violate intellectual property rights of others.  We reserve the right to remove messages that violate our terms of service.  Repeat offenders may have their accounts deleted.  You must clearly state that you, and not Just Ask A Wedding Pro, are collecting the information.  We reserve the right to contact all registered members as needed to share important news or information.  However, we do not have a regular email or newsletter.  We have no plans to regularly email members.

Amendments
We reserve the right to update our terms of service.  Any use of this site constitutes agreement with our terms.
